(BAIC), privately built false BAIC brand websites, misappropriated BAIC brand and product information, issued false prices to conduct commercial activities. This behavior has seriously disrupted BAIC’s normal overseas business development. Our company now is communicating with the other party to solve this issue. Hereby, our company solemnly declares:

1. The website that uses the name of BAIC to conduct commercial activities and spread false information is: www.baic-export.com. BAIC has never authorized the establishment of this website;

2. The website www.baic-export.com is not the official website of our company. Partners and people from all walks of life who pay attention to the BAIC brand please aware that all the behavior of this website has nothing to do with BAIC and BAIC Automotive Group Co., Ltd.;

3. The website www.baic-export.com has infringed the legal rights and interests of BAIC. Our company will take it seriously and reserve the right to pursue it according to law;
